About
Charles Stover: Full Funnel Marketer Driven by Data, Storyteller, ROI Generator, Leader of Teams
Early Days
Charles has a true passion for marketing that started early. While attending the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!), he graduated with a B.A. in Journalism focusing in Advertising.
Upon graduation from college, Charles entered the world of broadcast advertising working for Pamplin Media Group and the Comcast Spotlight. There, he developed many award-nominated and winning advertising campaigns for a variety of clients and established two paid programming channels (yep, infomercials).

Switching Roles
Then, after almost 8 years in broadcast advertising, Charles was called to go to the “other side” of the desk as a decision maker, accepting a position with GN Hearing’s Audigy division as a Marketing Manager. While at Audigy, Charles successfully helped independent audiology practice locations manage over $2 million in marketing spend each year. He was then promoted numerous times, ultimately leading the marketing and operations for the startup, Audigy Venture Group, and their corporately owned audiology practices.
After six years successfully running the corporately owned locations, Audigy Venture Group’s parent company, GN Hearing, made the decision to move all corporately owned locations under the Beltone brand. With this move, Charles facilitated the transition and rebranding efforts while also managing the marketing activities for 19 Beltone locations.
Post Hearing Care
Once the Audigy Venture Group transition to Beltone was complete, he decided to leave the hearing care space, joining the team at Foureyes as a Campaign Manager, building and managing marketing campaigns for their SaaS targeting automotive dealers. While at Foureyes, he executed various demand generation and demand capture campaigns, built a marketing ROI tracking system leading to a decreased cost per lead, and an ABM strategy resulting in numerous new key accounts.
After leaving Foureyes, he joined Coast Medical Service as their Marketing Director with the task of building out their marketing department. There, he built a 200+ touchpoint marketing automation system designed to reengage and move candidates down the funnel, designed a new website, managed job board advertising, developed and executed social media strategy, plus hiring and leading of a marketing team.

Personal Life
Outside of work, you’ll find Charles spending time with his family, including his loving wife Kelly, two daughters Sophie and Amelia, and his black lab Autzen. He’s always rooting for the Oregon Ducks, and can often be found at a concert or on a golf course.
