Client
Key Laser Institute
Tactic
Television Commercial
Project Roles:
Strategist, Copywriter, Production Assistant
Key Laser Institute wanted to promote a new laser skin therapy designed to rejuvenate the skin. Initial research determined that an under recognized audience was targeting men concerned with image, not typical for cosmetic procedures.
A highly targeted commercial schedule was built, focusing on middle-aged men that would be potentially concerned about appearance.
For this spot, a location was secured and the production team “aged” the actor using advanced makeup techniques. This made it so he would look older while looking in the mirror, while also looking younger (his normal self) when he was thinking about memories from his “glory days.”
The result was not only a visual success, but also brought in numerous new patients!
